Wherever possible, we choose products from suppliers we know and trust. Dishes that Albert once loved, and we still enjoy today. And wild gardens where we find babbling brooks and fresh ideas. Because between these mountains, it’s not just trees that grow, but also crisp vegetables and sun-ripened fruits. Highland cattle roam the meadows, chickens peck on alpine pastures, and fish swim in clear, cold waters. This is how we go back to our roots, recognizing the colorful potential that lies within.
